Each standing seam roof kit we supply, offers a metal raised seam solution with a seam design that makes diy installations possible.
Panels snap together onto concealed stainless steel clips saving time when compared to traditional methods of forming the seams.

Ordering Roof Kits

After receiving a quotation any items can be changed, added or removed before confirming to buy.

When sending info, we need to know the metal/finish to quote for, roof pitch, any project specific dimensions and angles, delivery postcode, date required etc.

Once a quote has been accepted we issue a proforma invoice which requires payment in full via bank transfer, before the order is booked into the fabrications production queue.

Product Summary

STS Panels® are supplied in lengths up to 12 metres long with some exceptions of longer if possible to transport.
Designed to run the full length of a slope and not lapped to join one panel to another.

Delivery

Delivery is possible to most UK locations ( If a truck is able to navigate any tight roads/bends)

All orders come of pallets which have protective wrapping to ensure items are received in good order.

Discounts or even free delivery on orders over £6000
Lead times range from 2-5 weeks, the current lead time is 4-5 weeks.
For an additional cost can be sent with the ability to offload the order if no fork lift is available.
If a fork lift is not available customers must have enough hands onsite to unpack and offload the order.

Warranty

Available warranties are on the metals not the system, these can vary depending on the site location and it's proximity to coastal/marine environments.

0.6mm Greencoat PLX Pural BT - 25 year coating warranty and 50 year technical guarantee.
0.7mm Pre-Coated ALuminium - 15 year coating warranty on roofs, 20 years on walls, 40+ year lifespan.
0.5mm Roofinox Stainless Steel - 50 years.
0.55mm Corten Steel - tbc ?
0.6mm Aurubis Copper - up to 100 years

Confirmation of the available warranty for a projects location is available on request once provided with a site postcode.

STS Panels® are available with a 25mm seam x 425mm cover width suitable for roofs with a minimum pitch of 7° or 38mm seam height x 386mm for roofs with a minimum pitch of 3°.In lengths up to 12 metres, other lengths are available if possible to transport.Custom widths down to 175mm can be made along with tapered panels.

The process of installing panels is simple because unlike traditional standing seam panels STS Panels® have seams that simply snap together onto concealed clips. Other elements may require some experience or training to install.A Tool Kit is available to order for cutting/bending panels and flashing's at the eaves, ridge and verge details.

No, STS Panels® are designed to be fully supported such as;Ventilated 18mm wbp plywood, OSB3 or softwood boards, hard metal board, composite panel, SIPS panel, rigid insulation or cellular glass insulation.

Orders normally take approx 2-3 weeks to arrive, from payment being received, however this may be longer at peak periods.

After confirming the metal samples we send as correct we will send a proforma invoice. Check the details before making payment to activate your order. We will confirm a preliminary despatch date for delivery approx 1 week after placing an order.
